If you require a completely bespoke patina or desire a certain colour or effect, we will develop it for you.
We can also assist with design solutions for metal cladding and fabrication.
BMA Finishes
Our range of BMA finishes are all prepared by hand, starting with surface preparation and sanding of brass and metal components prior to patination, ensuring better application of colour and tone. BMA is a cold process, transformed with our in-house patination chemicals. The colour and effect is achieved and controlled by trained eyes, thoroughly washed, then waxed to seal and protect the finished surface.
We can work closely to a sample or a tonal range as desired by the client.
Aside from our BMA finishes, we can transform metal surfaces into a wide variety of colourful finishes.
This can be achieved through heat, with the skilled application of a blowtorch and a brush, permanently altering the surface with unique effects, repeatable at scale.
